Panier des Sens is sold in more than 40 countries in Europe, USA and Asia through an omnichannel distribution : stand alone and franchises boutiques , perfumeries, pharmacies, home / deco shops, E-shops and travel retail.
The Group Crèmes Cosmétiques & Cie which is owning Panier des Sens, has also developed internally and launched in 2023 La Crique, a natural vegan and clean makeup brand infused with skincare also made in France and developed in Marseille; the Group also took a minority stake in La Maison du Savon de Marseille and is distributing the brand; and the Group is permanently looking for new opportunities.
To accelerate its development in the German and Austrian markets, Panier des Sens is now looking for his / her
COUNTRY MANAGER / KAM - GERMANY & AUSTRIA
(position based in Germany, location flexible),

- Contract : 01/2025 - permanent
Reporting to the Commercial Director based in France, you will be fully in charge of Germany & Austria markets. Your role will be both strategic and operational with a direct impact on the brand growth. You will work within an entrepreneurial and stimulating environment and amidst passionate and dedicated team members. The fast growing group will offer future opportunities of career development.
Your missions and responsibilities will be the following :
• Devising and implementing the commercial strategy
- collaborate closely with HQ in order to define the commercial policy fixing sales and margin objectives and then to deploy the strategy in both markets.
- Ensure a fluid communication between your team (4 area sales managers today), your clients and the different departments in HQ.
• Commercial development & customer relationship
- grow our market shares in both Germany & Austria focusing on opening new key strategic accounts.
- reinforce and / or restructure the existing commercial network of clients and POS in order to optimize the market coverage.
- build strong partnerships with your clients in an omnichannel distribution : departments stores, perfumeries, pharmacies, home / deco stores, museums, etc.
- manage launchings of new products and animations / promotions optimizing presence in POS and rotation sellin / sellout.
- Negotiate product selection and ensure correct product mix and full assortments to keep stock level healthy for all accounts.
- Work closely with HQ supply chain teams on forecasts.
• Team management & development
- recruit, train and animate a dynamic and performing sales team composed today of 4 area sales managers and 1 commercial agent.
- grow your team's competences providing them with tools and methods helping them reach their objectives.
• Performance monitoring and reporting
- analyse results to optimise the sales & marketing plans (turnover, volumes, profitability)
- provide a pertinent reporting to the Commercial Director on the Brand performance in your markets.

• You have a solid experience in sales (KAM and salesteam management) and a deep knowledge of selective distribution in Germany & Austria within the beauty industry.
• At ease with figures and with using IS tools (SAP is the company ERP) you know how to analyse and identify opportunities and to implement constructive action plans.
• You have a true entrepreneurial spirit combined with both a strategic mindset and hands-on approach, driven by the ambition to grow the business and reach objectives.
• You have a sell-out business thinking.
• You have good communication and presentation skills to drive and influence customer relationships.
• You are fluent in German and have at least a good level in English. French is a plus.
