SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - TOMMY HILFIGER

(Position based in Paris, avenue Wagram Paris 17)

Objectives and responsibilities
  • Based in : Paris / France - PARIS REGION
  • Contract : 01/2025 - permanent

As the Senior Product Manager, you are accountable for the growth and development of the Tommy Hilfiger fragrance portfolio; more specifically, your missions and responsibilities are to

- Partner with Leadership & Licensee to build 3-year marketing plan that will achieve the brand’s growth objectives and market share & lead its execution.

- Manage the product development calendar with licensee, coordinate all internal meetings, driving deadlines and product launch deliverables.

- Partner with internal teams, external suppliers & creative agencies to develop new products and offers, consistently with the brand existing portfolio and with the brand goals in a timely manner.

- Ensure that launches are delivered on time and on budget.

- Develop forecasts / sizing for new product launches and sets, track, and re-trend as needed. Ensure Demand Planning is current on the latest estimates.

- Lead the fragrance development process: olfactive brief, submission tracking & drive off-site development (contract fillers, fragrance houses).

- Work with Licensee on elaborating content creation and ad campaign & build the go-to-market toolkit strategy.

- Lead GWP development process & approval with Licensee.

- Monitor and analyze business results to recommend opportunities for improving plans and their execution.

- Be the Tommy Hilfiger expert on fragrance & beauty markets: shop market on a seasonal basis, understand trends, assess new product launches, and create competitive analyses to identify new opportunities.

- Understand market share gaps for both 100% and Circana markets, identify white space and strategies to gain share, and outperform the competition.

- Participate to the key annual global presentations: International Brand Marketing / Tax free World Exhibition.

- Be responsible for management meeting prep/decks.

Your profile

- You have a significant experience in Brand Management or Brand Marketing, within the prestige fragrance and beauty industry; more specifically,

- Good knowledge / experience of both the US and global markets.
- Ability to think strategically, drive results and build a high-performance organization.
- Proven ability to be strategic and tactical in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial, "out of the box" thinker.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: you are able to communicate across international diverse groups, such as internal functions as well as external licensing partners
- Effective project management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Self-starter, professionally mature, accountable, resourceful, with accurate work output.
- Energetic & passionate about fragrance and/or beauty (relevant global marketing expertise in fragrances preferred) & the US culture.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong presentation skills
- Availability to travel.
- Fluent in English
